Our core IPA. Soft, fluffy mouthfeel, bursting with notes of tropical fruit. Brewed and meticulously refined over 80 times in his garage prior to opening commercially, this is Jeff’s pride and joy.
BASE KNOCK: PEACHARINE – IPA 7.0% | Draft
The latest entry in our singularly-hopped IPA series. This was brewed with calculated heaps of Peacharine hops from Freestyle Hops and is simply delightful. Limit 1 cases per person, per day.

BAKESBALL – DIPA 8.7% | Draft
The Official Beer of Bakes Brewers Baseball. Brewed with Nelson, Motueka, Rakau, and Riwaka.
WRECK POND – DIPA 9.1% | Draft & cans
For this batch, we made some enhancements, including pushing the dry hop rate higher, utilizing Clayton Hops' Nelson Amplifire in the fermenter, and deployment of our process refinement success from Ch’ip 10. Brewed with Nelson and Citra.

Our traditional Dry Irish Stout. Brewed with roasted and flaked barley. Notes of dark roasted cofee and chocolate. Dispensed from our stout faucet on nitrogen resulting in a dense, creamy head and smooth mouthfeel.
